DJ Leigh Brookfield who filmed himself urinating over a cancer patient has been jailed for 14 weeks.
Leigh Brookfield 40 had pleaded guilty to common assault after the incident which happened on Boxing Day 2023.
The incident took place in a social club in Llanelli, the man in the video was explaining to Leigh Brookfield that he had prostate, this did not seem to bother Brookfield as it could be seen he was finding it funny during the incident.
Brookfield was sentenced in Llanelli magistrates court on Thursday 25th January, the judge said it was “an assault on the victim” where he was mocked by Brookfield whilst he was drunk.
The victim was unaware of the incident happening until the video was shared on social media on Boxing Day.
